Joe Beal

Honor Flight Austin Volunteer

Mr. Beal, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with a strong financial management background. His career spans 50 years and includes building a large engineering and environmental consulting firm, previously serving as the General Manager of the LCRA, creating banks, and serving on the boards of two large publicly traded companies in the US and Australia. He currently provides consulting services and is president of Beal Consulting, Inc. He has a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech and a MBA in municipal finance from the University of Texas. He is the former Chairman of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. He is a decorated U.S. Army Captain Viet Nam veteran.
